About She Hacks

SHE HACKS 2026 is an exclusive 8-hour AI Coding & Robotics Hackathon designed to empower young women innovators to explore, build, and lead in emerging technologies. Organized by Arunachala College of Engineering for Women and Arunachala Innovation Foundation in association with StartupTN, GenLab IB. The event creates a high-energy platform where ideas transform into impactful tech solutions.

The hackathon brings together talented women students to collaborate, code, prototype, and innovate using Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and data-driven technologies. Participants will work on real-world problem statements under time constraints, guided by mentors from academia and industry

Beyond competition, SHE HACKS 2026 focuses on skill development, confidence building, and exposure to the startup ecosystem. Topperforming teams will gain cash prizes, internship opportunities, and recognition, opening doors to future innovation and entrepreneurial journeys.

Each team can have a maximum of 3 student participants.
No. All team members must belong to the same college or institution.
No. Team name and team members cannot be changed after successful submission.
The last date for registration is 09/01/2026.
The problem statement will be released on 10/01/2026.
The PPT must be submitted on or before 18/01/2026.
Selection and replay will be conducted on 26/01/2026.
The main event will take place on 30/01/2026.
Yes. A Bonafide Certificate is mandatory and must be:
  • Printed on the institution’s official letterhead
  • Signed by an authorized authority (Principal / Dean / Director)
  • Affixed with the official college seal
No. Participants must use only the provided PPT template and should not modify the idea detail pointers mentioned in the slides.
  • The file must be saved as PDF only
  • Upload the PDF through the Google Form provided
  • PPT, Word documents, or other formats will not be accepted
Yes. Shortlisted teams must pay a registration fee of ₹450.
Lunch will be provided to shortlisted participants.
